Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari has endorsed the liberalised visa agreement between Pakistan and India, a media report said. Visas will be issued for a period of up to six months and will allow a trip to not more than five places.
The agreement will also allow a visitor to remain in that country for no more than three months at a stretch. Both sides had signed the agreement on September 8. The agreement will pave way for greater people-to-people contact and boost trade.
