Bangalore, December 30: Delhi based copper wires exporter & importer company RCI Industries & Technologies and Mumbai-based telecom company Suyog Telematics are entering in the capital markets through the Bombay Stock Exchange's (BSE) SME platform.
Copper Wires is coming with an IPO of 28.80 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 40 per equity share aggregating Rs 11.52 crores, Money Control reports. Suyog Telematics has come out with its public issue of 18.12 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 25 per share aggregating to Rs 4.53 crore. While RCI Industries issue will be made available for subscription between December 30, 2013 to January 06, 2014, Suyog's issue will be opened for subscription during December 30, 2013 and January 7, 2014.
RCI Industries & Technologies is in the business of export & import of copper wires used in various electrical and industrial applications. The company, in partnership with Satya Metals, manufactures a gamut of copper wires including annealed copper wire, bunched copper wire, ropes and copper ingots.
Suyog Telematics is a passive telecommunication infrastructure provider in India, engaged primarily in the business of installing and commissioning of poles, towers and optical fibre cable (OFC) systems.
The BSE SME platform currently lists 42 companies and another 10 are in the process of getting listed in a month's time.
