The trend however, looking at the market conditions, is expected to change in favour of a rise in prices in the coming weeks.
Yarn producers are looking for opportunities where they can improve their revenues by increasing product prices but there seems to be a fall in purchase of yarn by the weavers. Sources told patrika.com that there were no big orders from the weavers.
Bakulesh Bhai, a yarn producer told Patrika that with the coming wedding season, weavers are procuring yarn, thus pushing up the demand. The week before had seen a rise in the price of partially oriented yarn. But, there was absolutely no movement in prices of yarn in the past week.
With the weavers pushing the demand up and therefore its production, prices of yarn are expected to show an increase.
