Delhi to revise real estate circle rates: CM
The Delhi government Wednesday decided to rationalize the capital's realty circle rates in view of the prevailing high market rates at which property transactions are done in the city. The revised circle rate in category A colonies will be Rs.6,45,000 per square metre, a sharp hike from the prevailing rate of Rs.2,15,000 per square metre.

Power to cost more in Noida, Ghaziabad
For residents of Noida, Ghaziabad and Uttar Pradesh towns, neighbouring the national capital, crippling power woes might soon be a thing of past. Added to it, the twin cities are likely to get 24x7 power supply. Officials say that the government has begun work on a project hinged on differential tariffs for the two cities, linked to people's paying capacities, and in turn provide for a round-the-clock power supply without any outages.

Shiv Nadar University to offer entrepreneurship programs
Noida-based Shiv Nadar University (SNU) has tied up with Babson College of the US to offer courses in entrepreneurship, reports IBN Live. The courses are scheduled to commence from the year 2013.
SNU will offer courses like BBA (a four-year undergraduate program), MBA (a two-year post-graduation program), and an MS in entrepreneurship (a one-year program).
