Tirupur's garment manufacturers seek new export markets
With near stagnant growth in traditional markets like the US and the Eurozone, Japan and Brazil figure high on the list of potential markets for the Tirupur garment cluster. Up until now, Tirupur’s garment and apparel manufacturers visited Japan to buy machinery for their factories, like the newest sewing machines for instance.
