Noida, December 27: Shunning the existing methods of retailing, Reviews42, a consumer product research platform providing comprehensive price comparison, product discovery and user reviews, has recently launched a tool called Retail Inventory System Enhancement (RISE) to enable retailers to reach out to nearby and online consumers easily.
RISE is a cloud-based tool, which helps retailers to reach out to nearby and online consumers by publishing their inventory on Reviews42 and its partner sites in three simple clicks. The process is very simple because the retailer doesn’t have to enter the product information like product name, images, and specifications as this information is already available in Reviews42’s catalog. The tool can be readily downloaded in mobiles, tablets, laptops or desktops. All that a retailer is required to do is mention the product’s price at which he is willing to sell it.
“It is very hard to reach out to every nook and corner of the locality to attract consumers. Therefore, RISE enables the retailers to expand their reach in few clicks. Since the tool can be downloaded in almost all kinds of devices, it becomes easier for the retailer to benefit from the development. In addition, RISE also provides its own database of customers along with location’s data. Retailers can send SMS to these users by targeting them on age, gender and location using RISE,” said Neeraj Jain, co-founder, Reviews42.
Surjendu Kuila, co-founder, Reviews42 explaining the benefits of the tool said, “The traditional use of pamphlets and leaflets to reach to local consumers has become inefficient in today’s time. RISE is the modern outlook to the same. With RISE, the retailer can upload their customer’s data and in return, the tool keeps adding the incoming leads to the retailer’s database.”
The application has attracted a lot of appreciation post its pilot launch. Currently, more than 200 retailers are the subscribers of the tool. Based on the responses, Reviews42 will be taking the development to the national level in coming months.
