The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) will conduct a five-day long skill development gold appraiser training programme for unemployed youth in Nodia from December 28. Successful candidates will be facilitated with Certificates from the Union Ministry at the end of the program. The training session is organized and conducted by the MSME -Technology Development Institute, KNN reports.
The program is aimed to help the educated, but unemployed youth of the country to secure jobs in nationalised and co-operative banks. The Ministry also looks to help young entrepreneurs launch their own pawnbroker shop and jewellery shop. As part of this mission, the ministry will assist the trainees to obtain financial assistance from nationalised and cooperative banks for starting self-employment ventures. The practical training will be conducted through modern touch and techniques.
The Technology Development Institute has long been involved in providing need based support to SME entrepreneurs via various programs such as technical counseling in selection of product location, machinery, raw materials etc. It also guide SMEs in preparing layout, in production process and educates them on effective management of resources.
