Every employee in a business unit is different. Every employee responds differently to different situations, and to different ways of motivation. Introverted employees are very different from extroverted ones in the way they behave at the workplace.

Give them time

Assign suitable work

Assign introverted employees with work that is suitable to them. They might not be comfortable making presentations or dealing with a lot of people, so avoid assigning such work to them as far as possible.

Form teams wisely

Form teams that are a mixture of introverted and extroverted employees. Both these types of employees will help balance the positives and negatives of each other, ultimately boosting overall morale and productivity. Ensure that introverted employees work with colleagues with whom they feel comfortable.
