The traders have been helpful and sensitive throughout, she said.

"The VAT being collected from the traders is only used to develop world class infrastructure in Delhi," Dikshit said in a statement.

Praveen Khandelwal, national general secretary of the Confederation of All India Traders, led the delegation.

The traders demanded settlement of the difficulties relating to form 32 and 33 and some problems in dealing with form 2A and 2B. They also mentioned difficulties in obtaining form C from other states.
